Balaji Home Appliance offers doorstep repair and servicing for home appliances like ACs, refrigerators, and washing machines. The business relied entirely on word-of-mouth and had no online presence — while customers in their area were searching Google every day for exactly the services they offer. They needed a website that builds instant trust and converts searches into service bookings, plus paid visibility to start generating enquiries immediately.
The Solution
TrustVOW handled the project end-to-end. We designed and developed a fast, mobile-first website with dedicated pages for each service, prominent click-to-call and WhatsApp booking buttons (most customers book from their phone), and a simple enquiry form. Alongside the website, we planned, launched, and actively manage their Google Ads campaigns — targeting high-intent local search keywords and aligning ad copy with landing pages so every rupee of ad spend works harder.
