Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice. Any deposits paid remain non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation by TrustVOW

We reserve the right to cancel a project if communication completely breaks down, if scope creep becomes unmanageable without agreement to re-scope, or if the working relationship becomes toxic. In such rare cases, we will hand over all completed work and bill only for work done to date.

3. Pause Policy

If you need to pause a project for more than 14 days, a restart fee may apply to resume work, subject to our current availability.
